Return and Refund Policy

At o0psty, we work with several Suppliers to bring you the best clothing and apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you understand our process and requirements.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Intimate items (e.g., underwear, socks, lingerie)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:
    • To start a return, please contact us at support@oopsty.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
    • We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Ship Your Return:
    • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
    • Items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds and Store Credits

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return is approved.
  • If approved, you can choose to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website and have no expiration date. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
  • Items must meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.
