Overview

At o0psty Drop Shop, we work with several suppliers to ensure that customers can select quality apparel. We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, shipping options, costs, etc. Keep in mind this shipping policy only applies to o0psty Drop Shop and does not apply to o0psty Aesthetic or o0psty All-over items.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Options

  • We ship to customers within the Continental United States, all AA Military bases (bases located in the continental US).
  • Shipping times may vary based on the destination.

International Shipping Options

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping or ship outside the Continental United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future which will become available we can guarantee timely delivery and cost. 

Shipping Costs

  • Drop Shop shipping for the Continental United States is free, in short, there are No Minimum Purchase Amounts Ever Requiredfor o0psty Drop Shop customers.
  • Please note that products will usually have a 5 to 15 business day shipping time, depending on the supplier.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

  • For information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
  • Orders can be edited or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
  • If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support at support@oopsty.com for assistance.

Potential Service Interruptions

  • Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We will communicate any significant delays to our customers.

Order Tracking Details

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
