        • Size Verification: Inconsistent sizing is a common issue when working with multiple suppliers. o0psty requires every supplier to provide detailed size measurements (in either inches or centimeters) for each product. The order is flagged for review if a size chart is unavailable or inaccurate. This helps avoid confusion and ensures customers receive products that fit as expected.
        • Quality Check Before Shipping: Our suppliers are required to conduct a final quality check before dispatching the products. This ensures that no defective, incorrectly sized, or damaged items are shipped to our customers.
        • Tracking & Status Updates: We provide customers with tracking information to monitor the status of their orders. Any delays or issues with the order are communicated promptly to ensure transparency.
