  1. What is the processing time for my order?
    • Answer: Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  2. Do you ship internationally?
    • Answer: Currently, we do not offer international shipping or ship outside the United States. We aim to expand our shipping destinations in the future when we can guarantee timely delivery.
  3. How much does shipping cost?
    • Answer: Drop Shop shipping for the contiguous United States is free. Drop Shop shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses are $9.99 per order.  Please note that some products may have a 5-7 business day shipping time.
  4. Can I track my order?
    • Answer: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
  5. What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
    • Answer: If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support at support@oopsty.com for assistance. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
  6. Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
    • Answer: Yes, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
  7. Which items are not eligible for return?
    • Answer: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, intimate items (e.g., underwear, socks, lingerie), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

    • Answer: To start a return, please contact us at support@oopsty.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  9. Will I receive a refund or store credit for my return?
    • Answer: Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website and have no expiration date.
  10. Can I exchange an item?
    • Answer: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
  11. What happens if there is a delay in my shipment?
    • Answer: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We will communicate any significant delays to our customers.
  12. Can I edit or cancel my order after it is placed?
    • Answer: Orders can be edited or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
  13. Do you offer local delivery options?
    • Answer: Currently, we do not offer local delivery options. All orders are shipped through our standard shipping methods.

  15. What are the processing times for expedited and overnight shipping?
    • Answer: Expedited and Overnight Shipping are available for sample orders only. Processing times for these options are 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping selected.

  17. What is the European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period?
    • Answer: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria listed in our Return Policy.

    • Answer: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@oopsty.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
  19. Do you charge any additional fees for returns?
    • Answer: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. There are no additional fees for returns if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).
