Welcome to the o0psty Influencer Program—where bold fashion meets real influence. Whether you’re rocking our looks for your followers or showing off a Knick Knack haul, this policy lays out what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

💡 Who We Work With

We collaborate with two types of influencers:

Micro-Influencers (2K–50K followers)

• High engagement and niche audience
• Receive free product(s) and commission opportunities
• Perfect for organic content and direct conversions

Mid-Tier Influencers (50K–250K followers)

• Higher reach and polished aesthetic
• May receive product + paid compensation
• Ideal for launches and major campaigns

Think you're a great fit, even outside these ranges? Go ahead—apply anyway. We love discovering rising talent.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to participate and sign contracts
• If under 18, parent or legal guardian consent is required
• Must have active, public social media presence
• Must align with o0psty’s brand values (no hate, discrimination, or misinformation)
• Applicants may be declined based on content history or brand alignment

💬 What We Expect from You

• High-quality, authentic content using o0psty products
• At least one tag of @o0psty in each post and use of assigned campaign hashtags
• FTC-compliant disclosure (#ad, #sponsored)
• Timely posting (within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise arranged)
• Basic performance metrics (views, likes, link clicks) shared upon request
• Open and respectful communication

🎁 What You’ll Get from o0psty

• Free product(s) or early access to new collections
• Personal discount code for your audience
• Affiliate link earnings or store credit
• Option for paid opportunities (for mid-tier and high-performing creators)
• Visibility across o0psty.com and our socials

🚫 What Gets You Removed

To protect our customers and community, o0psty reserves the right to terminate influencer partnerships at any time for:

• Failing to deliver agreed content
• Breaching communication agreements
• Sharing offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content
• Misusing gifted items or brand messaging
• Providing falsified data

⚖️ Legal Stuff

• By participating, you grant o0psty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content across our platforms (social media, email, web). You retain ownership.
• All partnerships are considered independent contractor agreements.
• Influencers are responsible for reporting taxes on gifts or commissions.
• If you're under 18, guardian consent and co-signature are mandatory.
• This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
